“Jazmin is a dedicated yoga teacher with over a decade of teaching experience and a deep love for the practice that has supported her through every season of life. With 13 years of personal practice and two 200-hour certifications—one rooted in Ashtanga and the other in Power Vinyasa—Jazmin’s approach blends discipline with gentleness, strength with surrender. Her teaching is grounded in honoring the mind-body-soul connection, and she’s passionate about creating classes that feel both nourishing and transformative. Whether guiding a dynamic Vinyasa flow or a soothing gentle yoga practice, Jazmin holds space with warmth, intention, and care. Expect calming ocean sounds or soft string melodies, refreshing essential oil mists, and a focus on releasing tension while restoring inner balance.
